Service Description

Part one of a two part series; this program is the designed to take participants through the fundamentals of indoor climbing. Introduction to equipment, belaying and rope skills, problem solving, movement and flexibility, early conditioning and a tailored training plan to safely develop your skills following the course. Part two will be run with the goal of preparing participants to transition to outdoor rock climbing. No previous experience required. Entry and equipment rental included in cost.
